Universal Studios Japan is pulling out all the stops to make this summer extra special with its No Limit Summer lineup. This year, the spotlight is on the beloved Straw Hat Pirates with a massive One Piece collaboration event!
Dubbed One Piece Premier Summer 2023, Universal Studios Japan has a thrilling lineup of attractions, food, and entertainment for any One Piece fan. The main event is the highly anticipated One Piece Premier Show 2023, a 75-minute stage show filled with exclusive stories and adventures where Luffy and his crew.
If you prefer a more refined experience, make your way to Sanji’s Pirate Restaurant. The talented chef of the Straw Hats is taking over Lombard’s Landing eatery, serving up mouthwatering dishes inspired by the legendary 99 Recipes of One Piece. Rumor has it that Sanji himself may make an appearance at diners’ tables to check on their enjoyment of his culinary creations.
For a casual dining experience, head to the Straw Hat Pirate Crew Feast Restaurant, a temporary transformation of the park’s Discovery Restaurant. Feast on Luffy’s Meaty Meat Plate, savor Franky’s chicken plate with a cola-based barbecue sauce, or indulge in Chopper’s kids set.
Thirsty adventurers can enjoy barrel-style mugs filled with delicious One Piece-themed drinks, just like in the anime. Snack stands scattered throughout the park offer quick bites, such as Sanji’s honey mustard pork ribs and Nami’s Orange Orange Churros.
Don’t forget to explore the variety of exclusive One Piece merchandise available at the park, including Luffy’s iconic straw hat, “Nakama” neck towels, and adorable Straw Hat Pirate souvenir cookies and plushie hairbands.
Keep in mind that both the One Piece Premier Show and Sanji’s Pirate Restaurant require additional tickets on top of the standard Universal Studios Japan admission. Prices for the show range from 3,000 yen to 5,500 yen for adults and 2,000 yen to 4,000 yen for children. Reservations for the show and restaurant can be made online here.
