Artist CHRIS, renowned for his distinctive expressive and cartoon-like artstyle, presents a solo exhibition titled “KABIGON meets SNORLAX”, Kabigon being Snorlax’s Japanese name. The focal point of this showcase is to depict the sleepy Pokemon in a fresh style through CHRIS’s artistic lens, in a variety of different settings.
Employing his deep passion for gaming and manga, CHRIS combines his iconic pop-art style with the cute and memorable personality of Snorlax, showing off a reverence for the Pokémon universe through his own unique artistic expression. The exhibition is described as an endearing portrayal of Snorlax navigating the realm of dreams, while capturing the essence of its dreamy escapades.
The exhibition not only features artworks but also showcases videos previous made by CHRIS featuring Snorlax, and offers exclusive collaborative goods available to attendees.
