The hunter and the hunted, the prey and the predator–it’s a tale as old as time itself. But now, from Chinese figure manufacturer QIANQIU and Daikikougyou, comes two brand-new figures revisiting that iconic duo in an all-new light: Watahime and Karihime!

These two are from the brand’s Beast Warrior Princess series of figures, based on original illustrations by Ghost. The first is Watahime, which means “cotton princess”, and features a tactician sheep girl armed with a heavy machine gun. She’s also a maid, so she wears a charming and fashionable maid outfit on the beach, complete with a table and a bottle of whiskey.

The second is a powerful sniper wolf girl named Karihime, which means “hunting princess”. She wields her powerful rifle and hovers over a cloud of smoke, leaping off of rubble over the head of a fallen enemy. She’s cloaked in a flowing cape, with a cute but battle-damaged outfit.

Both figures are 1/7th scale, with an incredible about of detail and personality in each. With Watahime, her base is a sandy beach with debris and a variety of curious sea creatures, and the whiskey and glass on the table seem like they’re really made of glass and filled. Even the tablecloth seems like it’s flowing off of the table.

Karihime’s powerful, dynamic stance also shows off her intimidating wolf-like pose, with the smoke beneath her flowing alongside her large, fashionable cape. Her long hair follows suit, flowing outward and showing off a high level of detail with each tuft of hair seeming to move on its own.

Their bodies are both crafted elegantly as well, giving viewers plenty to look at when it comes to both their outfits and the bodies underneath. Watahime’s long silver hair also flows outward, with a slight turn in her hip that shows off her body’s curves and her more lackadaisical personality.

The same can be said about the beautiful sculpting of Karihime’s body, with her legs pointed outward and her curved pose showing off the curves of her skin. Her tight, slightly ripped clothing also makes it easier to appreciate.

Both figures employ a nice, artistic mix of cyberpunk aesthetics, such as their semi-robotic boots and leggings, and their realistic, highly-detailed firearms. Both also use a muted and nearly monochromatic color palette, with small splashes of color in each that create an even more captivating environment.

In Karihime’s face, you can see her stern, ambitious gaze, which lends to her wild wolf-like hunter personality. Her fluffy ears also seem almost soft to the touch, and piercing gold eyes to complement both her brown fur and hair. Her battle-damaged chest is also very eye-catching, and small features like the wraps on her arms and legs that squeeze and warp the skin around them.

Watahime’s appearance is more shy, with a slight blush and timid expression. Her bright blue eyes complement her silver hair, with her sharp horns pointing out like the small pen in her hand, primed and ready to take tactical notes in the heat of battle. Her small hair accessories, in addition to the piece of her outfit that pulls between her breasts, also seem to stay taught and tied around her beautifully.

Looking from the bottom, you can see the professional sculpting done even on the skin, with the folds in both of their butts shown on their skin and the skin moving with the tight accessories as mentioned before. Both have unique yet captivating body types that separate the two from one another, so collectors can choose which they like more. Karihime’s tail also peeks out from her skirt, curving and moving naturally.

Both figures come with removable accessories as well, so you can appreciate both Karihime and Watahime’s bodies even closer. The detail on their bodies underneath their clothing is intimate and realistic, and changes the atmosphere both figures give off to one more romantic rather than serious.

However you choose to display these figures, the amount of detail and care given to the sculpting is absolutely incredible, and the beautiful yet naughty nature of their bodies and display is enough to cause anybody’s heart to skip a beat.

Both figures also highlight the girls’ large chests, which when paired with their 1/7th scale is eye-catching enough to be the center of attention in any room or display area. While even with their chests revealed, it grants an artistic appreciation of the rest of the detail on the figures, such as the small serial codes and cyberpunk-like text on the rest of their clothes, and the various belts and straps that cause double as both cool and sexy features.

With or without their chests exposed, these girls have clothes that contour perfectly to their bodies and even create a sexy environment with them on, such as the tightness of their thigh-highs and the shortness of their skirts. Even with these, the way the clothes flow also makes the figures seem even more dynamic.

Whether you choose to have their chests covered or not, these figures are an incredible addition to any collection, adding an amazing touch of sexiness and a cool atmosphere with original characters that are filled with personality in their own, unique ways. The wolf, the sheep; the hunter, the hunted–pick which one you prefer, or have them both for the perfect balance!

Even more intimate parts of Karihime can be removed to fully expose her, so experiment to display her however you see fit. Both figures are up for pre-order now, but each has their own important dates to keep in mind: sheep girl Watahime is available to pre-order until October 5th, 2023, and is expected to release in March 2024. Wolf girl Karihime is available for pre-order until November 9th, 2023, and is expected to release in May 2024. Don’t miss your chance, pre-order these two powerful and beautiful figures!
