In a larger-than-life collaboration, McDonald’s Japan releases an all-new commercial featuring the king of monsters Godzilla, this time with a brand-new lineup of three new burgers!

The first in this lineup is the “Delicious Spicy Thick-cut Beef and Rough-chopped Potato” burger, featuring beef and potato patties, spicy mayo sauce, and cheddar cheese. The second, the “Smokey Pepper Chicken” burger, showcases a fried chicken cutlet with thick-cut bacon, cheese, sliced onion, and smokey mustard. Rounding out the trio is the “Cheese Double Teriyaki,” a no-nonsense approach with two pork patties drenched in teriyaki sauce, accompanied by cheese and lettuce.
True to Godzilla’s all-consuming nature, each burger represents a different meat – beef, chicken, and pork – delivering an extra-large, super-filling experience. The unique buns, shaped to evoke Godzilla’s scales and physique, add a thematic touch to the burgers.
To ensure Godzilla gets his feast delivered hygienically, the Godzilla response team introduces a Jet Jaguar-like giant McDonald’s robot in a promotional video. The style of the commercial is also incredibly reminiscent of the old-style vintage look of original Godzilla films!
