The hit fantasy anime series Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End is getting a spooky collaboration cafe in Ginza, just in time for Halloween! Taking place at the ORBcafe in Tokyo’s Ginza neighborhood, this seasonal, limited-time cafe will feature different food and drink items based around the series, plus Halloween-themed goods available for sale you can’t find anywhere else!
This special pop-up cafe will feature exclusive art of the cast of Freiren in different, adorable Halloween outfits, such as Fern as a witch, Frieren as a devil girl, and Stark as Frankenstein’s monster. This artwork will decorate the store during its run, and will also be featured heavily on the exclusive merchandise that will be available for sale. Among these are standees, collectible badges, and even a tote bag featuring Freiren’s iconic mimic pose, only this time stuck in a clay pot.
Special food is also available at the cafe, with three special dishes each modeled after the main characters. Each is a special clay rice bowl, with Frieren’s focusing on meat and vegetables, Stark’s focusing on steak and hamburger meat, and Fern’s focusing on milk and salmon. Different Halloween-themed set menus and desserts will also be offered at the same time.
All attendees who spend their spooky holidays at the collaboration cafe will receive a special postcard at random featuring the Halloween cast, and those ordering special food and drink items will also get a bonus coaster at random. Goods are also available on the online shop here. The event runs from October 30th, 2024 through November 24th, 2024, so ring in the Halloween festivities with Frieren and friends!
