The hit gaming and entertainment company Capcom has recently announced an all-new collaboration combining two unlikely worlds: that of Monster Hunter as well as the world of V-Tubers! Coming exclusively to Capcom stores and game centers, this collaboration will feature exclusive art and merchandise combining several uber-popular VTubers adorned in Monster Hunter-style gear!
The V-Tubers featured at the heart of the collaboration include those from Hololive 3rd Generation, namely Pecora, Noel, Marine, and Flare. Each is given an event-exclusive design adorned in gear based around different monsters in the Monster Hunter universe, in addition to a companion Palico by their side.
The collaboration offers 28 different exclusive goods, namely keychains, acrylic standees and boards, pouches, towels, cushions, tapestries, and more! Anybody putting 500 yen or more in each collaboration machine will also receive one of 4 specially designed clear files at random. Those unable to make it into the physical locations can also play the exclusive games virtually through Capcom’s Net Catcher, with the prizes shipped to their homes!
The machines themselves will also be adorned with custom decals, so they’ll be difficult to miss. The Hololive x Monster Hunter event at Capcom runs from September 27th, 2024, and ends as soon as all the collaborative goods are gone, so those hoping to catch some exclusive merchandise might want to do so before they’re gone!
