Tanabata Monogatari Museum

A new exhibition, “Monogatari Museum: Tanabata Monogatari” on the 9th floor of Shosen bookstore in Akihabara, from the 7th until the 10th of July. The exhibition includes illustrations and key frames from the Monogatari anime series. In addition, photos of tansaku (colorful pieces of paper on which people write their wishes during the Tanabata festival) from the 2013 and 2014 Monogatari Tanabata events.

 

 

 

There are also the covers of the DVD and Blueray of the Monogatari series, illustrations that appeared in the Yomiuri newspaper, and tansaku paper that were written by the Monogatari production stuff in previous years.
