Halloween is fast approaching, and one of the first to announce a seasonal collaboration with a popular anime franchise is none other than Universal Studios in Japan! In line with the spooky season, the theme park has announced a series of goods, ride changes, and more revolving around the intense and bloody anime franchise Chainsaw Man!

This special collaboration event covers a variety of different rides across the park, such as Hollywood Dream, where the normal soundtrack that plays when guests hop into the cars will be replaced with the opening song to the show Kick Back as well as dynamic audio revolving around the fight scene between Denji, the protagonist, and the Samurai Sword devil from the first season of the anime.

A variety of exclusive collaborative merchandise and art will also be available for park goers throughout the event, such as specially decorated blood-orange flavored churros with special Chainsaw-man themed wrappers and decorations, as well as a pork and corn filled steam bun made to look like Pochita, Denji’s sidekick dog from the franchise.

Additionally, Pochita-themed merchandise will be available during the collaborative event, such as a plush clip that uses magnets to hug different bags and accessories. This clip is also adorned with an adorable trick-or-treat bag on its side, keeping the Halloween spirit in check even with this exclusive collaboration!

The Chainsaw Man experience begins on September 6th at Universal Studios Japan, and is scheduled to run through November 4th, just after Halloween, so fans can be sure to spend spooky season with a series fit for a Halloween collaboration. More details are sure to follow soon, so in the meantime, be sure to mark your calendars!
